The building is called the Beach House because that's what it is! It's unpretentious on the outside and very cosy on the inside. We've put a lot of thought into making this your home away from home.

The units consist of a open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Separate bedroom/s. Sun room. Combined bathroom/laundry. Private toilet. Unit 2 also has a sheltered front patio facing west for the sunset.
The queen size beds are high quality, with crisp 500 thread Egyptian Cotton sheets, sun dried in the wholesome sea breeze straight off the ocean. We're not claiming luxury, just that you'll appreciate the clean, stylish, casual comfort and real value. It's what we hope to find when we travel.

Rates depend on number of bedrooms required and number of guests staying, however to give you an idea the following rate is for one bedroom with 1 or 2 guests: $139 for one night $119 per night for 2 nights Stay 3 nights or more and it's only $99/night Stay 7 nights for $99/night and receive free admission to Monkey Mia Reserve (where the dolphins are fed) plus 10% off Monkey Mia Wildsights wildlife sailing cruises and outback 4WD tours. Each additional guest is $20. Western Australia school holiday periods increase rates by 20%

I really like the unit - it reminds me especially of places I lived in when I was a "ski bum" in the 90's in Big Bear Lake and Mammoth Lakes in California, USA. A clothesline strung in the carport to catch the breeze in late afternoon would be the only thing I wished for. Thank you for hosting us! Hopefully we can come back sometime....
